"Felt uncomfortable about the lack of net curtains meaning you couldn’t open the curtains without people being able to see into the room. Was pricey No air-conditioning so room was very hot"

"Great location right next to the beach. Friendly, helpful staff. The restaurant had a range of seafood dishes. Buffet breakfast was €12 extra but good value. Large bathroom and shower."

"Great room & good size bathroom, sea view, lovely staff & highly recommend eating in their restaurant we had the Moules and frites good price, some diners had the seafood platter that looked amazing but too much for us, we didn't have breakfast so cannot comment. Free parking available behind the hotel. We stayed for one night but could have happily stayed longer."

"Carpark is a little sad, needs some TLC but do not let that put you off in any way shape or form! No hairdryer or tea and coffee making facilities, one bottle of water in the room, just for small amount of Euros maybe add another one. that would have been appreciated and available in most hotels but not a deal breaker. Do not let this review put you off, it's a family run hotel and they really were extremally lovely people, just wanted to add some hopefully helpful feedback."

"Booked at the last minute! Rates Good to Very good! Car parking available over gravel. Reception opens at 1700hrs....until 1900hrs! Some issues with communication as the hotel is locked after 1700hrs (low season?) so access in and out is via codes. The restaurant was closed, but another hotel/restaurant opposite if needed. The hotel is situated on the promenade with views overlooking the sea. It was very quiet - there is a small cafe next door and a small supermarket. The room Junior suite, which looked recently renovated, was very spacious with sitting area and really large bathroom; the bed was extra large and comfortable. There were lots of verandah windows to open and enjoy the sea breezes. We left early so no breakfast."

"Stairs to the rooms.... not sure about the hotel being left without staff during the night! But as communication for us was not great there may have been emergency numbers to ring if needed and we didn't see them!"

"This is a good value hotel on the sea front with a restaurant and private parking. The breakfast was very good, and the restaurant food was also good although the set menu was a bit limited. The tourist office is opposite the hotel and it supplied a useful booklet outlining some nice walks in nearby Varengeville."
