"The property location is outstanding and close to two metro stations. A lot of thought and money was spent on the design and it is very well laid out with all comforts needed for your stay. We liked the idea of it being in an office block as it was very quiet and secluded and we rarely saw anyone else. The host left us a lovely bottle of wine as a welcome gift and the towels were new. There are also cleaning supplies to use if you have an extended stay. We felt it to be very good value for money and if attention is given to a few details this is a gem."

"David was very welcoming and friendly. We had a great chat on arrival, super nice guy. The room and bathroom were really clean which I unfortunately find is uncommon when we are traveling around for work. So we were thrilled with a lovely clean space. Radiator was on and controllable which kept the room warm and cosy. Bed was super comfortable. Would definitely choose to stay here when we are next in the area working."

"The breakfasts were magnificent. Plenty of food available, bread, croissants, meat, cheese, yoghurt, fruit and muesli. Dirk bakes a good cake and cooks pancakes too! Katrien's conserves were delicious. Our room was on the ground floor and we had a seating area just outside close to the pool which was deep and great for doing lengths. Katrien and Dirk are exceptional hosts; nothing was too much trouble, whether it be booking a table for a meal or finding out about boat trips or handy hints on parking, plus lovely conversation. We loved it!"

"Fantastic location in the Old Town. Charming, very French apartment. Made the most of the large 8 seater dining table for our Christmas meal. Spent Christmas day meanering through the streets of the beautiful, historical centre of Dijon."

"The location was near to many dining options and local shopping street with bakeries, fruit, cheese and food supply shops, there were some boutiques within walking distance as well. Located on a reasonably quiet and safe street. We like the area as it felt safe and clean. We also love that there is a washer/dryer in the apartment and a well equipped kitchen. The availability of luggage storage is also very useful for arriving early or late departure. The host was also very responsive to queries and we felt taken care off even though there was no physical concierge on site."
