"Perfect location for a few days stay. We loved cycling the quiet back road and taking a dip in the river (although the current was too strong for our little dog 😄) The room was small but very clean and well designed. The two restaurants in the village were great for meals, snacks, just a drink or for ice cream."
"We paid for one breakfast but it was very basic and just not to our taste although the coffee was great!"
"The location was amazing, exactly like the photo. historic hill top town of Peyre, which is built into the cliff, was so different and eye-catching. Interesting to explore. Very guiet. Parking is fairly close and free. The hostess was lovely."
"Unfortunately, at this time of year, there was nowhere to eat, so we had to travel to the nearest large town about a 20-minute drive. Breakfast was a bit minimal."

"La vue sur ce superbe monument artistique qu'est le viaduc de Millau depuis la chambre est tout simplement splendide ! La chambre est décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Le petit village, si atypique, est une vraie découverte à ne pas manquer. Notre hôtesse s'est donnée à 100 % pour rendre notre séjour des plus agréables. Merci"

"Je slaapt 'in' de berg en de enige ventilatie is het raam. Dat kan alleen maar recht open en niet kiepen of op een haakje. Ventileren is daardoor lastig."
"Magnifique séjour au cœur d'un petit village plein de charme ! Nous avons logé plusieurs jours dans ce petit village à 8 minutes de Millau. Une chambre située juste en face de viaduc de Millau. Le charme et le calme sont les maîtres mots de notre séjour. Beaucoup de belles randonnées à faire tout autour. Un petit déjeuné copieux à déguster sur la terrasse avec une vue dont on ne se lasse pas. Le calme qui y règne apporte un charme supplémentaire dans ce logement. Dépaysement totale. Nous avons reçu un très bel accueil pour nous mais aussi pour notre chien qui nous a accompagnés tout le long de ce séjour. Une rando à faire ? La citée des pierres est juste a coupé le souffle !"

"Wij hebben heerlijke dagen gehad in Les Roches! We hadden 2 nachten geboekt, maar gelukkig was het mogelijk om een derde nacht te blijven. De rust, het uitzicht, de vriendelijke eigenaren en de fantastische omgeving zijn geweldig. Wij sliepen in de familiekamer, heel fijn!"

Un village authentique et des rencontres inoubliables. Nous avons partagé l Aligot avec les habitants lors de leur fête et bien plus encore. Une parenthèse enchantée. Merci pour tout, Célia,Michael. "Easy access to a nice appartement, with all facilities you need. The bed was a bit soft but very nice shower, kitchen living room. Bakery on the corner and supermarket on 1 minute walk."

"The property was handy to the naturist resort, it was very clean and well stocked, the shower was amazing I want one of those in my house , the owners were very easy to deal with it all went very well for the exchange of the keys. I would stay thein again Richard"

"Very nice area exactly opposite from the train station and near from everything max 10min walking. Very clean and if you need anything in this area you can find everything. For sure i will visit in the future."

"We had a lovely 3 night stay at Gite La Source. Even though it was 35C outside it stayed cool downstairs inside the Gite due to the thick stone walls, and the main bedroom upstairs had air-conditioning. The Gite has been nicely converted, it had a powerful shower, a good size bathroom, a large main bedroom with a large comfortable bed. The Gite is on a very quiet side road in Mer so it made for a peaceful stay. There are 3 other Gites sharing the same courtyard entrance as Gite La Source, but La Source is the only one on the right hand side and has its own enclosed rear terrace. We visited Chambord, which is only 15 minutes by car, and Blois about 30 minutes by car. Mer has a good Super U just a few minutes from the Gite. It was an ideal place for our short stay."
