"This is such a beautiful place! I loved staying there. The room is huge, super comfortable, beautiful small details, and the breakfast is amazing. The owner was super nice and took extra care to meet all our requests, including 2 cribs for our babies, really appreciate it!"

"Excellent stopover or base just outside a pretty village, ideal for visiting the Limoges region, activities and particularly Oradour sur Glane. The converted and modernised farmhouse is set in a beautiful location, with a pool and lovely gardens and grounds. There seemed to be some nearby working farm buildings but no disturbance experienced. Rooms are large and have good quality period and local furniture. The hosts are bilingual, friendly and helpful, for example sending very good restaurant suggestions in advance and suggesting which were worth booking in advance. Breakfast is basic but included in the price"
"As advertised the large twin room shared a bathroom with another room. This caused no difficulties whatsoever. The owner told me that further upgrades of the rooms are planned."

"Les Picardies has everything you would hope for in a French holiday stay. Beautifully restored old farmhouse in lovely surroundings. The swimming pool is an obvious plus. Our room (the twin bedded) had very comfortable beds and perfect linen and pillows. Everything was spotless. Em and Martin are the perfect hosts, entertaining and very knowledgeable about the surroundings. Additionally Martin is a bit of a wine expert - perfect if you need advice on what to buy while you are in France. We had the best croissants and baguette for breakfast and nice strong hot coffee. We will definitely be back"

"The location was superb for peace and quiet. It is high in the mountains, so be prepared for twisty hilly roads. Beautiful scenery and interesting medieval town to discover. Not far to Menton via road. Great delicious breakfast, hot shower, salt water pool. Friendly family home/hosts. Some parking on a hill or you can park for free near the local supermarket. Lovely supermarket, which is small but sells all you need (including delicious fresh cheeses, bread, and wine)."

"Objekat na neverovatnom mestu! Pogled sa terase na Monte Karlo je prelep. Docekao nas je izuzetno ljubazan domacin. Besprekorna cistoca, savrsena urednost. Okolina je mirna, sa puno zelenila. Do centra se moze ici peske, ali povratak je naporan zbog velikom uspona, sto su domacini i naglasili. Apsolutno je za svaku preporuku."
