"This gite far exceeded our expectations. The photos don't do it justice, it is beautifully renovated and extremely comfortable. We had the best time here and our hosts couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful. It was deceptively large and spacious being the middle of a run of cottages also so quiet and private. Very well equipped with everything we could possibly need. It was in the middle of nowhere yet close enough to towns and villages for all you could want. No light polution so the starry skies were just amazing too."

"Terry et John sont excessivement chaleureux et nous ont tres bien accueillis. Ils sont tres à l'écoute si besoin. Ils nous ont offerts un welcome pack: petit dej et autres"

"Le Wifi peut être. Nous aimons des matelas fermes donc ce serait mieux pour nous, mais peut etre que d'autres seront tres heureux avec des matelas plus mous."

"Un bel écrin de verdure en pleine ville! En poussant la porte d’entrée on n’imagine pas le trésor qui s’y cache! Appartement fonctionnel, tout y est. Les extérieurs: une belle piscine, tout ce qu’il faut pour se détendre, des espaces verts, de belles lumières, de belles décorations. Une petite pause bienvenue pour mon compagnon et moi. Mon chien a pu profiter aussi des espaces verts, un vrai moment de détente en attendant les congés dans un mois! Une adresse que je vais garder précieusement. Merci beaucoup pour ce bel endroit."

"This is a beautiful, original chateau that's remained in the same family since the 1600's (part of the original building dates from 1300). Dont go here if you're looking for luxurious splendour, mini bars and pamper days. DO go here if you're looking for French authenticity set in a stunning landscape, peace and tranquility. Its a B&B but there's a fabulous Relais just across the road. The host is a lovely lady who made us so welcome. Breakfast was wonderful and all made / sourced / grown in the surrounding villages. Rooms are very much 'original' with few mod cons by todays standards but in times gone by they would have been considered resplendent. We loved every moment here and enjoyed walking up through the vineyards before we left."

"Parfait endroit au calme et au frais ! Maison tout confort ! Des lits à n’en plus finir ! Nos enfants ont pu choisir ! Chien non admis à l’étage ce qui est normal vu le parquet qui brille ! Mais les animaux sont bien accepté et les propriétaires aiment les animaux ça se voit ! Indépendance complète ! Village mignon avec des visites à effectuer ! Parfait !"

"Very comfortable with everything you need. We made a few meals using the really good small kitchen. It had everything you might need. The bathroom is great. Really good shower with a water-tight cubicle and the water drained away perfectly. Secure parking behind a strong security door was great. Just 15 to 20 minutes walk to the medieval city centre, brimming with culture, fab restaurants and bars. There are two local supermarkets very nearby. The ‘Casino’ next door stocks most things, has a huge halal butcher but doesn’t sell alcohol. The ‘Spar’ around the corner is smaller but does sell alcohol."
