"on initial arrival at our booked apartment - keys in the lock box were stuck! it would not open. Promptly after a call to MyCasa assistance arrived to help us. The apartment was not as per the images/ sea view required angling head out of window/ no aircon/ soiled towels & arm chair. Upon discussion our concerns were listened to & we were offered another apartment in a different location, which had aircon/ was a clean & modern duplex located in a nice area with lots of bars & restaurants. MyCasa were helpful and did call us later that day to ensure we were satisfied with our new apartment, they offered excellent customer service."

"The room was perfect for our family of 5. The kids loved the individual bunks and the everything in the room was of high quality. We loved you could get cold or hot water and use the microwave in the "baby" room. The kids also enjoyed all the fun games on offer in reception.
