"Host was lovely, provided information on arrival so we were aware of everything. Felt like we had plenty of privacy. Beautiful location, surround by lush grounds with pleasant grand and miniature animals. Exactly what we wanted. The one bedroom home was well thought out, and had everything you need, toaster, oven, stove, fridge with all utensils. Plenty of heating, with really nice shower and fabulous bed. Again, all the little things made available, really made it convenient and nice; tea towels, cleaning products, bathroom towels. Thank you for the memorable stay. You can tell a lot of work goes into running such a unique, classic establishment."

"It was all lovely! The owners were so welcoming, and had hosting down to an effortless caring art. Lots of thoughtful little touches. One thing summed this up for me, having Louis IV’s favourite scent in the downstairs loo! The grounds were beautiful, making for such a sense of peace and relaxation, with two gorgeous friendly dogs to boot. The house, so interesting and atmospheric with everything needed for a fun relaxing time. The swimming pool, an absolute bonus. The village lovely to stroll around too. We loved it all!"

"Excellent location: Beaulieu-sur-Mer is a charming town situated very close to the stunning Cap Ferrat peninsula, offering plenty of scenic walks, natural beaches, and nearby attractions such as villas, villages, and botanical gardens. The apartment is well connected to surrounding cities (we recommend the SUDAZUR Explore pass, which covers public transport from Monaco to Cannes). Train and bus stops, along with a large Super U supermarket, are just a two-minute walk away, and transport services run frequently. The apartment itself is very clean, and the north-facing balcony enjoys sunlight in the afternoons. We also appreciated the available beach equipment (umbrellas, towels, and a beach chair), which was a great bonus. The host is highly responsive and accommodating."

"L'emplacement à deux pas pour visiter mes clients. La propreté du studio, la gentillesse de l'hôte au téléphone avec toute ses explications. Logement très bien équipé et calme sans vis à vis. Sans TV. Sans bruit. Respect des autres locataires pour le silence. Arrivée 30 min avant la fermeture du petit coop légèrement plus haut pour les courses repas."

"The owners Julie Anne and David are on site and live right next door so always on hand to help with any issues. The house is in a secluded area and therefore very peaceful and quiet but you can still walk into town in around 10 minutes or a very short drive to nice restaurants and clothing shops, cafes, wine shops etc etc. Julie Anne gave us all the local information of were to eat, the best shops, best beaches, food shopping etc and we really felt looked after during our time there. We would love to return at some point in the future and bring our friends along. Thanks for everything Julie Anne and David you really made us feel welcome and we had a lovely holiday , hope to see you again."

"The apartment came fully eqiupped and well-stock of all essentials and beyond. The equipment used is also of high quality. The location is perfect. Quiet enough in the night time to gove you a serene rest but near to everything you need within 5 mins walk. The best is the host, Sacha. Very helpful and prompt in his response."
