"This is a lovely, spotlessly clean hotel in a quiet location. The staff are exceptionally polite and welcoming. Most of the reception staff speak excellent English, and the others I spoke to spoke at least a little English, and were very patient with my attempts to recall my O-level French! I had a single room, which was pretty small (though I did know this in advance), and was very well equipped, with a comfortable bed. I especially liked the controllable aircon! Although the hotel has 4 floors, thankfully there is a lift. Breakfast (continental) was delicious, and very reasonable at €14 per person."

"Nothing, really. Maybe squeezing a minibar (which are standard in their double rooms) into the single rooms (I found the perfect space!) and providing teaspoons in the room to stir your tea/ coffee. Also, Booking.com states that the hotel "reserves the right" to apply a security deposit to your credit card in advance of your arrival. I think this must be a mistranslatuon of the original French on Booking.com's part, because the hotel receptionist told me it is the hotel's standard policy to always take a security deposit in advance. You do get the whole security deposit back about a day or so after you check out, though."
