"I asked if they could prepare the room for me since it was the anniversary of me and my girlfriend. Rhey prepared petals, made a cute towel formation, and delivered the roses that I ordered right into our room. Absolutely wonderful and a super sweet suprise! Very happy with the personal and experience."
