Walkable distance from Gare de Nord with Gare du Este at the top of the street. Plenty of cafes/restaurants in the area."

"Late check in 24hr reception was the obe as we was in the middle of the war in middle east travelling for 20hrs 2 different countries and was delayed arriving at 130am to be greeted and have the room aswell we was sooo grateful"

"Very comfortable room/bed, and quiet too. One could eat/drink as much as one wanted at breakfast. The location is very handy for La Gare de l'Est and La Gare du Nord, and the interesting Rue du Faubourg Saint-Denis. Tea/coffee-making facilities in the room."

"These are very minor complaints! It took me a while to work out which tap in the bathroom sink was for hot water as the hot water tap needed to run a while before it produced hot water. Also, I couldn't work out if it were possible to close the sink to fill it, so the water just kept running out. There was a metal cover over the drainage hole but I couldn't lower it to act as a plug. (I prefer to shave over a basin of hot water.)"

"Clean no frills hotel in good location for Metro and Railway stations. Working lift to the 5th floor short stairs to 6th floor. Daily room service. For me, ideal would stay again."

"My review is for people who book cheap and convenient and do not then complain when it is not 5 star. Location is brilliant. Room was clean and comfortable and in good condition. Staff were friendly and helpful. Tons of eating choices in the immediate area. Luggage storage just around the corner if needed. Very easy access from Gare d L'Est."
