"Axes d’amélioration : Un deuxième petit canapé au lieu d’un fauteuil serait appréciable. Un rafraîchissement en terme de peinture, mettre un petit coup de blanc.. Une place de parking serait magique ! Lits peut-être un peu haut (à bien préciser en cas de convalescence) Séjour très appréciable, nous reviendrons probablement !"

"O apartamento tem decoração moderna, tem todos os móveis e utensílios necessários (encontramos tudo que precisamos), é espaçoso, é limpo, as camas são confortáveis, o banheiro é bom, fomos recepcionados com alguns brindes, tem toalhas. Gostamos muito de ter se hospedado neste apartamento, atendeu e superou nossas expectativas. Pontos negativos: há uma escada para chegar no apartamento (o elevador não cobre essa escada), não há vista e haviam mosquitos."

"The flat was great for 4 people. The kitchen has all you need for your stay. The person who met us was very helpful and told us information about how to get around and places to go. They were also available via what's ap for any extra information we needed."

"The flat was not as thoroughly clean like I would like. I found it very time consuming to fill out all the extra information they needed after the booking was complete."

"Clean. Location was close to everything. There was 4 of us and there were two double beds available which made it for a comfortable sleep."

"Die Lage ist super, das Apartment liegt in der Rue de la Liberté wo es zahlreiche Geschäfte gibt, Rue de France ist um die Ecke mit vielen Restaurants und Cafes. Ein Supermarkt ist auch um die Ecke in der Rue Grimaldi. Tram-Haltestelle "Jean Médecin" ist ganz nah, da kommt man an mit der Linie 2 vom Flughafen oder mit der Linie 1 vom Bahnhof Nice-Ville. Place Masséna ist 7 min zu Fuss und gleich danach beginnt die Altstadt, genauso nah ist auch der Strand. Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und hilfreich und die Schlüsselübergabe war ganz einfach und schnell. Es gab ein kleines Problem mit WiFi und sie hat sofort eine Lösung gefunden. Das Apartment ist voll ausgestattet, vom Herd und Mikrowelle bis Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine."

"Da die Bette sehr hoch sind, sind vielleicht nicht geeignet für Kinder die noch im Alter sind wo die noch vom Bett runter fallen können. Ansonsten passt alles sehr gut!"

"Die Wohnung hatte sehr grelles weißes Licht und war sehr sehr schlecht geputzt. Toilette dreckig, Felcken auf den Gläsern an den Betten. Wasserschäden durch Kondenswasser der Klimanlage. Fernseher funktionierte, jedoch gab es kein Signal vom Reciever. Ausblick aus dem Fenster auf kleinen dunklen und dreckigen Innenhof. Zusätzliche Handtücher zum wechseln wären schön gewesen. Diese konnten jedoch mit der vorhanden Waschmaschine gewaschen werden."
