"An issue with a lack of a kettle (on inventory) was sorted very quickly."
"Pillows were past their best. Only 3 out of 4 had hygiene covers. The bed had no mattress hygiene cover. The very complicated system of photo taking - what on earth was all this about. We are fairly IT literate but it still took a long time and booking out, we had to do it twice. Any persons (elderly?) And tech novices would have failed. Find something more visitor friendly! This had no purpose at all."
"Great little house with a lovely terrace and garden. Very comfortable. The check in was wonderful and they provided a baby cot for us. We highly recommend staying here."
"- First day we heard a knock on the door and before we could answer two people entered. Turned out to be the owners who had seen the window open (they live across from the house) and there must have been some confusion between them and the agency. Not an issue but what we didn't appreciate is them entering, it's your house, yes, but we paid to rent it, so you should not have entered or at least waited for us to answer. - The agency uses an awkward app for the house with a useless check-in/check-out photo feature, just leave a printed book with info instead of going via a 3rd party app. It would also bombard us with automated messages. - To turn on the water in the wash room you have to climb up a sketchy ladder, why not just leave it on as it is a bit dangerous to be honest. - Extra to pay for bed linen and towels, the house cleaning is not provided"

"Bungalow was great, well furnished. Nicholas was very helpful. The problem was, needed more information on site, giving us details of places to visit in the area. Also no information on white goods in the kitchen. No information on how to work TV, Nicholas came to show us, but we just couldn't get it too work. Netflix would have been great to watch, if we could have programmed it in. Shops around the corner, great wonderful farmer market one, well with a visit"

"Lovely large bright and house with lots of modern amenities. In our case, it was family of four, so everyone had their own rooms. The outdoor area was very nice with a large table for eating, sofas for relaxing and a pool. The area itself felt safe with an electronic gate. A car would be a must for this property and is a relatively short (eg. 15 minute drive) into central Aix."
"C’est un bel appartement neuf, très bien décoré, très lumineux avec tout l’équipement nécessaire. Sa terrasse extérieure avec ses vues sur la montagne et la mer offre différents lieux de détente dont un jacuzzi. La cuisine extérieure nichée sous sa pergola bioclimatique est un lieu extraordinaire pour profiter des repas en famille. La plancha permet d'y cuisiner de bons petits plats. Chaque pièce offre un accès direct à l’extérieur, les chambres sont spacieuses avec des grands lits et une literie très confortable. Les commerces sont à proximité immédiate. À 10 minutes à pied se trouvent le centre-ville, la gare et de la plage de Borrigo. Trois places de stationnements sécurisées sont à disposition dont une place PMR qui nous a permis de garer très facilement notre 4X4. L'accueil de l’hôte a été très chaleureux, il a répondu à toutes nos questions nous permettant notamment d’arriver avant l’heure réglementaire."
