"The staff were very friendly and professional. Mahomet, especially, went out of his way to help us."

"We were unsure of our final departure date on our final morning but we knew we would find out in the afternoon whether we needed an extra night. We were not able to book the extra day on a "to be confirmed" basis so we had to pack and check-out just a few hours before finding out. This was inconvenient, particularly as we had a 6-month old baby and all the extra equipment needed to look after her. Given that we had to pack everything, anyway, we decided to move to alternative accommodation when we discovered that we did need to extend our stay."
