"We thought it was part of the lovely house on the picture and had an idea of a hotel with reception. Entree and parking all a bit complicated. Totally overprized for low saison for the things they offer. Just a suggestion; umbrellas in the apartment."
"Warm welcome by the hosts, good communication throughout. Property was clean and comfortable, nothing lacked. The welcome drinks in the fridge were appreciated. Parking was away from the property, a short walk but did include stairs. Bus stops close by adding convenience as is shops and tourist office. Highly recommend."

"Very well equipped, compact apartment, just enough for two adults and two children. Joan was a great host and very responsive. Great location in the centre of Cap d'Ail and also close to Mala beach. Near the bus stop which goes to Monaco. The sea view terrace is a great addition. We especially liked how the spaces were maximised in the apartment and how every detail has been thought of. There was nothing that was lacking and the air-conditioning is definitely a bonus."

"We stayed here for 3 nights with our young children. As the reviews say, the owner Joan was very helpful and comfortable. It was relaxing to have breakfast with coffee on the balcony overlooking the sea. Free drinks in the fridge and a washing machine and detergent are also provided. There is a supermarket, bakery and pharmacy nearby so nothing is too much trouble. The kids loved the Netflix set up in Japanese. I have traveled to over 30 countries and stayed in many different places, but I would recommend this place. In the past, I have had many unsuccessful experiences in choosing hotels. I want to come back again. Thank you from the bottom of my heart😊⚽️"

"Un endroit idéal pour passer des vacances au calme. Ota est un petit village de montagne absolument charmant. La plage de Porto est à 10 mn. Le gîte est grand, propre et confortable. La literie est de qualité, la maison a été rénovée avec goût alliant confort et authenticité. Nous étions 10, nous avons passé une semaine formidable. Un gros plus pour la terrasse, la vue sur la montagne est époustouflante. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir si l'occasion se présente !"

"Très bon emplacement, face au port de plaisance, terrasse ensoleillée depuis le matin jusqu'en fin d'après-midi, voie uniquement piétonne un étage plus bas devant la terrasse. Proximité immédiate des différents commerces, quelques centaines de mètres pour accès aux différents restaurants et bars. Plage à environ 10 minutes à pied. L'appartement est bien équipé, le parking facile d'accès et sécurisé."
