"We visited this place as a family of 3 with our 8 year old daughter. It's a beautiful house with a very private garden and pool. The owner is kind and helpful (albeit not super proficient in speaking English). It has excellent kitchen facilities and tons of space for the entire family. The pool was very clean and so was the rest of the house. The town of Fauverney is very quiet with not much going on but it's a very short drive to Dijon and especially the heart of the Burgundy wine area. In very short walking distance there was a nice playground and football (and basketball) field and a small river, where we spend a lot of the time throwing stones and skipping rocks."

"The accommodation was very comfortable and directly overlooked the beach. Lovely restaurants nearby. A good base for our family golf trip - we played at five courses all within a 45 minute drive. We did not see our hosts who lived nearby but we had no problems as all messages were responded to promptly."
