"Location was great with free parking next to the apartment block which was easy to access. It is a short walk to the old part of town and there is a supermarket nearby. There was tourist information provided and the property had everything we needed. Excellent communication from host before arrival."

"Excellent property, quiet peaceful location near the city centre, spacious rooms, well-equipped kitchen. The private parking yard adjacent to the building is a great plus. Alice is a very kind and helpful host, communications were smooth and easy, as well as the crystal clear instructions. Nice and touching welcoming gifts, highly appreciated! "The building overlooks a busy street, and is across a very busy/complicated intersection from the city center. Views are nice, however, and there is a small park with playground across the street."

"Great location. Quite close to two French bakeries. Weekly linen changes and cleaning by Alice. She refilled coffee supplies weekly and provided laundry detergent after I asked for it. Bathroom has a deep tub which was great for a bath/soak. Drying rack for clothing was very handy. Several choices for making coffee including a drip coffee maker, Nespresso and Senseo. Alice even left bottle water upon check-in and in my last full week (six 1.5 liter bottles)."

"Initial instructions for access to the outer door key were incomplete. Using only the provided information it was impossible to gain entrance. Multiple messages to the proprietor were necessary. Two Keys necessary for entrance to the unit. I rented for the entire month of March 2026. Kitchen knives were terribly dull. They needed a sharpening badly. I had to use AI to figure out how to use the dishwasher. Instructions for the front loading washing machine would have been nice as one of the settings takes 3 hours and 15 minutes to complete. Prior to my last full week I asked for coffee pod refills and was told that I could obtain them from a grocery store, which I thought was kind of cheeky, considering I rented the unit from February 28th, 2026 through March 31st, 2026."

"Lage sehr gut, wenige Minuten und man ist im Zentrum von Colmar. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlt nichts. Allerdings brauche ich keine vier Kaffeemaschinen...Sonst aber alles perfekt!"
