"Ein aussergewöhnliches Appartement, in jeder Beziehung: Spektakuläre Lage mit uneingeschränkter Sicht auf die Atlantikküste, praktischer Grundriss mit Schlafzimmern auf der ruhigen und kühlen Ostseite, separates WC, liebevoll-gekonnter Stilmix der Inneneinrichtung von modern bis vintage mit tollem Farbenkonzept der Wände (ein grosses Lob den Besitzern!), allgemein reichhaltige Ausstattung, leistungsfähiges WLAN, moderner 55cm Smart-TV, Lift, Garageparkplatz. Les Sables-d'Olonnes ist eine sehr velofreundliche Stadt. Ein grosszügig-umfangreiches Velowegenetz lädt auf gut beschilderten Velorouten zum entdecken von Stadt und Umgebung ein.
