Michel-Ange biedt het, met uitstraling en een goede ligging in het rustige zestiende. Markten, bakkers en supermarkten zijn in de omgeving allemaal te vinden. Het gebouw is solide gebouwd, waardoor het goed mogelijk is om de zomerwarmte buiten te houden. Met lekkere douche en razendsnelle inductie kookplaat."
