"The location, tidiness and had everything you would need. You can even find a fan. Really clear instructions to enter. The host was super helpful and nice. The place was really clean. Bed really comfortable."

"Waterdruk van het toilet was laag, waardoor het spoelen soms wat moeizaam ging - dus moest je 2 of 3 x spoelen. Bed was iets te hard, maar wij hebben thuis ook een ander soort matras."
"Fijn dat je kunt parkeren voor de deur! Keukentje is prima uitgerust. Bedden zijn uitstekend. Fijne douche. We hadden zelf nog een ventilator meegenomen die wat stiller is dan de ventilator die in de kast staat. Je kunt zo lopen naar het centrum van Epernay. De inrichting is volledig IKEA en past prima in deze beperkte ruimte."
"Sommige zaken behoeven onderhoud: het rolgordijn voor het raam in de keuken, de douche deuren die aan de onderkant loshangen, het voordeurslot wat soms moeilijk werkt omdat de deur krom is. Maar dit is niet storend en hoort erbij, zeker bij de prima prijs."

"Spacious rooms with beautiful, original artwork on the walls. Bags of character and personality. Spacious bathroom. Powerful shower. Robert was a wonderful host. He is very friendly, knowledgeable about Beziers and even gifted us a Queen vinyl single! The breakfast was beautiful and plentiful. We had enough for lunch too! All in all, Villa Kumquat is a very special place to stay. A highlight of our holiday."
