"This is a tastefully furnished, spacious and very comfortable apartment located 2 minutes walk from a Metro station and various bus stops - and Notre Dame - in one of the oldest streets in Paris. The building itself is old and the entrance corridor and old wooden stairs to the first floor (behind the street entry door) are dark and rather off-putting. But once inside the apartment you find a bright, clean and very modern space - a big lounge, dining, kitchen area, spacious bedroom and large bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped; the bed and seating areas are comfortable and there is plenty of hanging / storage space for clothes. My stay was in November (adjustable central heating kept the rooms warm) and I kept the windows shut. In summer, with the windows open, I think the apartment would be noisy as the little cobbled stone street below (essentially a pedestrian way) is filled with people visiting the restaurants, shops, bars etc ... and garbage trucks early in the morning."

"La position est vraiment idéale: 400 mètres de la gare, mais dans un quartier tranquille et agréable avec une ruelle piétonne tout près où (très bien) manger. Même distance pour le tram, du coup, qui dessert la plage, le centre ville, la forêt de Montgeon en 10-15 minutes. En face de l'appartement, un jardin partagé, et à quelques minutes à pied on a le centre commercial Coty et d'autres commerces. On peut aussi aller aux Docks à pied. Pour l'appartement: literie SUPER confortable, tant le lit que le canapé-lit. Cuisine spacieuse et pratique, avec congélateur, frigo, 4 plaques et assez d'assiettes, verres et casseroles pour 3. Lave-linge et sèche-linge, vraiment super aussi! Le tout très propre et avec beaucoup de produits et accessoires pour nettoyer aussi. Le tout est très joli, très confortable et l'accueil est vraiment soigné."

"La maison est très bien équipée même plus que détaillée dans l'annonce en plus vous avez un lave vaisselle,un grand réfrigérateur congélateur,un aspirateur, un ventilateur,2 tv,un grand parasol extérieur.L'endroit et calme la mer à pied depuis la résidence 200 m avec un petit portail sécurisé.Un emplacement pour le véhicule numéro de la maison et a l'entrée un grand portail avec un bipe de fourni toutes la résidence est fermée un plus pour la tranquillité.Nous allons revenir l'année prochaine.Nous sommes bien dans un endroit Naturiste."
