"To je toliko lep apartman za moj ukus namešten u Art rock stilu , sve novo , kuhinja posudje , mašina za sudove mašina za veš i predivna mala terasica koja će mi uvek ostati u sećanju . Domaćini su toliko preljubazni , divni ljudi , sa njima sam posebno oduševljen . Vratiću se u ovaj apartman ."

"It was a nice room that had everything we needed. We appreciated the friendly staff, the fact that they changed the towels every day, and that there were no issues with the room. Even though it was on the street side, we did no hear much noise. For the budget a very good option!"

"Spacious and spotless. Fully equipped kitchen and lovely outdoor space. Secure and private parking as gate could be locked. We would definitely return!"

"Reception by our Host was flexible (and needed to be after a terrible delay at the airport immigration control). We were also given flexibility with our leaving arrangements which was very helpful. The apartment is smart, clean, well equipped and comfortable, with secure access. Coffee and tea were supplied, which was a nice touch. The local supermarket is close by and the bus and tram stops are easy to access. We walked to and from the old town on most days which was easy along the Promenade (watch out for the runners, bikes, scooters and skaters!). We will be happy to stay here again if we return to Nice. (If you want a nice, reasonably priced meal fairly close to the apartment on the way to town, try La Coccinelle, which serves 'home cooked' Armenian food, with good service."
