"Comfortable, clean, and very home-y! The kitchen and the fridge were great, as it allowed us to make our little dinner! The TV was great, and I was able to stream my fav show! Comfy beds and great water pressure! The owner was extremely nice and professional, and his instructions were simple and clear. The check-in/check-out procedure was excellent and seamless. I 100% recommend staying here! :) Plus there is an Aldi (supermarket) just 7 min (walking) away, and the train station just 5 min away as well 15 min walk to Chateau Amboise and all restaurants and bars 10/10!"

"L'accès se fait super facilement grâce à une boîte à clés, et le propriétaire est vraiment au top du top. Hyper réactif aux messages, et surtout, il a fait carrément tout un document disponible en tout temps sur le téléphone, dans lequel TOUT est expliqué, pour ça: chapeau ! Merci pour la bouteille d'eau fraîche à l'arrivée et tous les petits tips disponibles dans le document concernant les endroits à voir ! :)"
"Globalement, le logement était bien, mais il y avait quelques petits détails qui ont fait que l'on ne peut pas lui mettre un 10/10 : • Le propriétaire n'y est pour rien, mais le voisinage peut effrayer certaines personnes, car nous concernant, nous avons eu à faire à des situations quelque peu loquaces.. • Les trains : je pensais que les gens abusaient un peu dans les commentaires mais si vous avez le sommeil léger, sachez qu'il y a énormément de trains de marchandises la nuit, et malheureusement c'est un simple vitrage donc on entend les trains, et surtout, certains font trembler les murs ! • Le cadre : ça reste un lieu résidentiel, et je précise que nous n'avons eu aucun problème et rien n'est un red flag, mais pour certaines personnes, ça peut faire peur (la porte cassée en bas, la voiture abandonnée sur le parking..) • Et enfin, je pense que le logement mériterait un petit rafraîchissement. On sent que le propriétaire a le sens du détail, tout est très bien décoré, et aménagé, mais il faudrait peut-être changer le sommier à cause des traces de moisissures.. (j'ai bien conscience que c'est à cause du bâtiment qui n'est pas super bien isolé, malheureusement)"

"Small modern house on a quiet street on a hill above Erquy. Easy access to the town centre shops such as bakery, supermarket, etc. Very convenient for local beaches and cycle / walking paths as well as to countryside. House is neat and well equipped, and comfortable for a small family group. Excellent communication with agent both before and during the stay, making aspects such as checking in and out seamless."

"Super close to the main Jandri lift. Easy access to the supermarket (2 minute walk). Everything you would need to cook and clean for the week. A thoughtful touch was having kitchen essentials such as sugar, salt, coffee and oil already in the apartment, which saved us buying them for a short stay - although that may not be standard and simply left behind by the previous visitors. Nevertheless, it was appreciated."
