"We were met by our host Francoise who explained about the apartment and the area. He gave recommendations for restaurants and wine bars. The apartment is beautifully furnished and has everything needed for a very comfortable stay. The location is excellent. Easy walk to the many restaurants and bars. Beaune is an excellent location to be based while exploring Burgundy. The apartment was a wonderful cozy place to return to after a day of winetasting and exploring the local villages."

"The apartment is spacious & immaculately clean with a stylish decor. The host is welcoming & has provided lots of extra touches that make the apartment feel like 'home'. We enjoyed meeting François and appreciated little touches like having the heating on to welcome us. The apartment is ideally located in the Old Town and just a short walk from the highlights of Beaune. We would happily return to this accommodation & highly recommend it as a comfortable & historic place to stay."

"The hostess went above and behond for us! Super friendly and very helpfull. We had some car trouble and suddenly ended up staying at the nearest hotel we could find, unplanned and without looking at reviews or anything. We don't speak French, but with google translate the hostess helped us beautifully. The next day we needed to wait in the lobby after check-out to hear where we could pick up another car. When we finally did, it was a two hour taxi ride away and online we could not find a taxi service or bus to take us there.The hostess made the call for us in French and arranged everything. We are very grateful! Other then that; the hotel is very clean and breakfast was perfect. Unfortunately there was no air-conditioning, but there was a very strong fan and the room was cool during the night. Considering everything that went wrong for us that day, staying at Hotel Bel Horizon made everything a little bit better. Would 100% recommend!"

"The cleanest apartment I ever stayed. Location perfect only 5 minutes on foot to Avenue de Champagne. Parking on the street just in front of the apartment for short period of time but there’s a private parking close enough and you can pay for the week with discount. The host was super helpful, I forgot some documents including my driving licence and bank card in the apartment and I didn’t even notice it but they messaged me when I was already back in the uk. They were kind enough to post it for my which I appreciate greatly. I will stay there again when I’m back to Epernay. Thank you very much for your help and hospitality."
