"Great apartment. Its location is very good and communicative - close to the center, there is a public transport stop, grocery stores. Convenient for traveling both for a family with children and for friends. Equipped with everything you need. Quiet and peaceful."

"The location was great, just steps away from the tram. The apartment was comfortable for two people and the air-conditioning was very much appreciated."
"The entrance and stairs to the apartment were very messy with cables everywhere (being refurbished). The bathrooms had a nasty smell on some days, which we couldn't explain."

"Locatie en voorzieningen. Mooi appartement op de tweede etage met 2 slaapkamers met douches en suite. 1 wc in de hal en 1 wc en suite. Volledige en ruim voorziene keuken. Alles zoals beschreven en goede airco. In heel rustige straat/buurt met tram, winkels en eetgelegenheden heel nabij. Geluidisolatie buiten heel goed. Heerlijk stadsverblijf."
"Geluidisolatie binnen matig. Je hoort je direkte buren boven en onder. Het is een verhuur locatie in een wat ouder gebouw ondanks goede renovatie. Meestal stil maar niet altijd. Feestjes zijn verboden maar zeg dat tegen een groep uitgelaten reizigers/toeristen/jongeren. Kan de verhuurder weinig aan doen"
"Location was great, right on the tram line and a bunch of good food locations, as well as a supermarket nearby. Excellent AC which was much needed in the Nice summer heat. Comfortable beds."
"Bathrooms are a little odd - one of them doesn't have a toilet (it's by the living room door). The shower also doesn't drain properly and water can spill easily because there aren't any shower doors."

"Está muy bien ubicado, próximo a la estación RER de trenes que te conectan con el resto de la ciudad. Justo debajo se encuentra un market lo que es un gran salvaapuros, además el piso cuenta con todos los implementos y utensilios de cocina para prepararte algo si deseas en caso de urgencias. La habitación en general es espaciosa y bien iluminada, me gustó."

"Conveniently placed, just less than a mile from a junction of the A10 motorway in a relatively quiet residential street. Free parking on the road right in front of the house. Easy entry via a keybox but the owner's partner also runs a phone business under the apartment on the ground floor so can be consulted in case of problems. Apartment clean with new kitchen equipment and it is nice to have a little balcony as well."

"Es war mit dem Schlüssel ein bisschen kompliziert, aber die Gastgeberin war nett und hat uns alles noch einmal erklärt. Die Lage war gut. Wir sind nur mit Uber herumgefahren, weil wir es mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gar nicht hinbekommen haben. Das Zentrum war in der Nähe, also war es insgesamt ganz bequem. Das Apartment war schön und groß für diesen Preis. Supermärkte sind ganz in der Nähe, einer davon hat sogar bis 12 Uhr nachts geöffnet. Die Umgebung des Apartments war auch sehr sicher für Familien. Es war geschützt, und keine Fremden konnten einfach hereinkommen. Es war perfekt, ich kann nur weiterempfehlen 😊"
