"Gilbert is such a warm kind host and we really loved the creativity and artistic flair in his home. Very close to train and port and most helpful! The beds are so comfortable and the shower is well stocked with great water pressure. Thank you for the wonderful glass of wine with our dinner. Such great hospitality!"

"Authentic and unique rooms. Very friendly owner. Good location to go to ferry or to airport shuttle bus. Very good bakery and ice cream shop nearby. There was possibility to leave luggages after check out."

"The property was in a great location in Bastia, a minute from the port which was key for us. We arrived later in the afternoon, hearing that parking could be problematic due to central location. After about 15-20 mins of circling the roads we found a great spot. Having camped in 35 degrees for 5 days, having a top spec air con unit in our room made a huge difference, plus a fridge and really good wi fi. The room is part of a shared flat, we didn’t actually meet Gilbert but he was super helpful on WhatsApp and clearly a popular host given the notes dotted around the flat. It was just what we needed and we’d stay again for sure. (Also highly recommend Glacier Raugi around the corner from the place, incredible ice creams)"

"It's the middle of town,walking distance . Small room in the apartment. GILBERT owners live there . Very friendly and helpful. Generous offer daily with tea and coffee (free )"

"We loved the villa, the rooms were spacious and the air con was brilliant. Kept up comfortable and cool through our stay with temps of 30degrees. The pool was clean and perfect for the family and littles to swim and play in. The garden is all enclosed and surrounded by trees and shrubs so feels perfectly secluded and private. The balcony with the awning was great for lunches during the day, giving us the perfect shade. The kitchen was well equipped with even utensil, pot, pan etc. that we needed. And the petanque/table tennis area was a great alternative space for us to utilise in the evenings as well."

"Die Lage war sehr gut. Durch einen zusätzlichen Ausgang konnte man direkt zur Strandpromenade kommen und auch sehr schnell wieder vom Strand in die Wohnung. Die Wohnung war relativ neu eingerichtet. Das Schlafzimmer ging nach hinten raus, so dass es ruhig und kühl lag. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und es wurden alle wesentlichen Dinge ruhig und geduldig erläutert. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld lief auf Deutsch via WhatsApp. Vor Ort wurde langsam auf Französisch gesprochen. Sehr sehr nette Person."
