"Needed more undercover areas on the rooftop (for rainy weather). Pool rules were not enforced by staff, I saw many people swimming in clothing (jeans, jerseys, t-shirts) and eat and drinking in the pool. Each time I ordered food from the restaurant, it was wrong or unavailable which was disappointing considering how quiet the restaurant always was. Despite ordering and receiving a "sunset view", I was not able to ever see the sunset from my room."

"I feel the air con needs cleaning to operate at the selected temperature and fridges never seem to cool items. We were disappointed to not utilise the rooftop bar due to the rain and lack of roofing. Perhaps a retractable roofing option could be considered?"
"It was value for money, the roof top pool and views were amazing. Room was good size and had a balcony. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel which made life easier. Breakfast was good as well, better than most places we stayed. McDonalds is right next door and was convenient as we have a 5 year old."

"Breakfast was great. Location was excellent. Office staff were helpful especially the lady in charge. She was very helpful, efficient and very polite. Her approach was superb. Unfortunately didn't get her name but she is from Lomolomo village ."

"Firstly, the staff - they were exceptional. The location was great with snorkelling on a reef just off the beach. We were there for 5 nights and the food was very good (except for one meal which was just average). Rooms were spacious and not too close together."
