"All the staff that I met were really nice and helpful. I used the taxi every day and the hotel had a handy button they could press and the taxi arrived within 5-10 min. The room had a lot of space for one person and everything worked. There was lots of restaurants around the hotel and the hotel's menu seemed good as well, but I did not have time to test it."
"I wish the room had an ironing board and iron, so that I could have tidied up my working clothes. The sauna and gym were open (according to website) so little time that at least a working person like me could not make it to either."
"The location was great because I was attending a music festival just across from the park in front. I loved the cleanliness and quietness. Some of the staff were very nice."
"No basic amenities in the room such as bottled water, heater to make tea, coffee. At breakfast there were only watery scrambled eggs. Not everybody enjoys that. I would have liked some basic fried eggs. We asked and they were pretty rude like "we don't do that here!" It was just a question. No real bacon either. Also my boyfriend got an electric shock from the juice machine when he pressed a button to pour which made him drop the glass he was trying to fill. He told them and they only looked at him upset because a glass was broken and dismissed his claim. They didn't do anything about the machine. At the gym I couldn't find the air conditioner remote. It was so warm there that I didn't get to do much and left after 30 mins."
"The receptionist who received me at that time and during my stay was welcoming and with smiling face; and also the lady in the kitchen/restaurant. I also llike the space of my room; homey and neat. The bed was comfortable. The restaurant: great place to dine in! The location of the hotel is perfect; just 5 minutes away from the train station and walking distance to the Finnish train museum and shopping centre."
