"Cute place with lots of quirky garden ornaments everywhere. Our little house was everything we needed. No English spoken which was fun. Breakfast was very filling. You definitely need a car to get about, which was fine for us as we are on a road trip."

Christine is an great host. She takes such loving care of her guests and is always attentive and genuinely committed to making everyone feel welcome and comfortable. "Exactly what I wanted and more. Gorgeous rice fields, feels completely away from everything (but has good wifi). Quiet, beautiful. Theres a pond where you can fish with sticky rice. Many places to just sit and take it all in. Fire pit!!! Walking distance (or moto) to Kuangsi Waterfall via back path amongst the water buffalos, farmers and local life."

Very little selection for food and drinks. The first night dinner was fantastic, the second night, ordered the exact same thing and it was sooooo dissappointing. The owner addressed this and gave partial refund. There is no hot water which is a bit shocking at first. But my friends cabin didnt have any constant water pressure. Again the owner addressed issue right away. Nearby farms may be burning at times and the smoke goes right into the cabin. Unavoidable.

A bit difficult to find, the fridge didn't work.

"Great location, spacious flat with big bed. Location is great, we could walk to different locations and short drive to Santa Elena and Cloud Forest."

Unfortunately two scorpions got into the flat and we were not sure how. Fridge leaked water. Other than this the flat is really good.

"We had the most wonderful experience at Farm Al Medfek From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a genuine sense of peace. It is the perfect spot to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The host was so helpful and very accomodating."

No wifi connection

"It's a lovely big property in a remote location, although the rooms we stayed in were old it's perfectly comfortable we joined for dinner which was a lamb asado and it was very nice, I'd suggest checking the price of a bottle of wine before you order as we ended up with one more expensive than we thought!. The breakfast was fairly basic but fine for us. It is quite expensive but for what it is, but it's also remote and there's really no other options unless you go to Gobernador."

"We had an awesome stay at the accomodation. The host was exceptional, he showed us around the whole location and we were invited to try the best coffee for free. Also he knows English very well. The terrasse has an amazing view and the food was very delicious. Thank you for everything, we will definitely come back!"
