The atmosphere is relaxed and peaceful, making it a perfect getaway. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and tranquil stay."

"Exactly what I wanted and more. Gorgeous rice fields, feels completely away from everything (but has good wifi). Quiet, beautiful. Theres a pond where you can fish with sticky rice. Many places to just sit and take it all in. Fire pit!!! Walking distance (or moto) to Kuangsi Waterfall via back path amongst the water buffalos, farmers and local life."

Very little selection for food and drinks. The first night dinner was fantastic, the second night, ordered the exact same thing and it was sooooo dissappointing. The owner addressed this and gave partial refund. There is no hot water which is a bit shocking at first. But my friends cabin didnt have any constant water pressure. Again the owner addressed issue right away. Nearby farms may be burning at times and the smoke goes right into the cabin. Unavoidable.

The guy is doing it up as he makes money, so staying there helps him do this and it didn't bother me. Difficult to locate on Google maps for your driver. Make sure you contact the place in advance for best directions.
