"Host was very positive, the flat didn't match what was on the photos but when I raised this issue it was dealth with immediately. Host can help you to find anything you need when visiting Hurghada. Very good customer service. Flat was good for the price, just a standard basic accommodation."

"There was no duvet covers at all. Just sheets and pillowcases. That could be improved on. Kitchen wasn't clean, so I didn't cook."

"Really good value for money. Sayed is available and always ready to help. We felt super comfortable and at ease. Located 5 mins from the beach and 5 mins from the city center. Everything was working properly and had all necessary amenities. Highly recommend if you're on a budget, just don't expect a 5 star hotel."

"These are just suggestions, no deal-breakers for us :) There was no toilet paper when we arrived No drinkable water when we first got there."

"What a relaxing place to stay. Looking out over the Nile River it is calming. The manager is so helpful - sorting out tours and transfer for me. He was always transparent and made sure that the drivers, tour guides etc were where they needed to be. Communication was the best of egypt so far! These trips also included motorboat transfers to the mainland free of charge. The WiFi worked really well and it was so glorious that the single room was the one with a balcony."
