"We had issues with our baggage and booked this a couple hours before our arrival. It was so easy to check in. staff were lovely. Room was better than expected. Not too far from town. "Comfortable, centrally located hotel in Riobamba within walking distance of the main markets and train station (though as of early 2026 there are no trains running though there is a very good artisan market set up in it), comfortable beds and hot water. Staff were especially helpful, assisting us with getting a taxi/guide to Chimborazo and proactively offering us the choice between a street-facing room with a better view (but more street noise) or a quiet interior room (but lacking the mountain view). That was an especially appreciated and thoughtful touch."
