"Lots of spiderwebs Everything was wonderful but we had some confusion at the end that made me uncomfortable. We were going to take a taxi to one of the waterfalls and the owner offered to drive us instead for free. We thought that was really nice and planned a generous tip. He ended up taking us to several waterfalls (which we did not ask for but appreciated) and hiked with us to one. Again, never asked for, but nice. When we returned and were checking out, he said it was $50 for the “tour”. I was quite mad because we didn’t ask for a tour, didn’t want a tour, and wouldn’t have paid for a tour. Even after I agreed to pay a lesser amount (begrudgingly, but I felt trapped) he overcharged my credit card. He did give me a cash refund when I pointed out the error. It was a bad way to end because otherwise I would highly recommend the hotel."

"Excelente el tamaño de la habitación incluyendo su cama con sus múltiples capas de colchas para arroparse. Tenia un parador pequeño para colocar los objetos y mochilas. El baño contaba con agua caliente al girar la perilla derecha con la izquierda al ser el de frío regulaba que tan caliente uno deseaba. Excelente servicio a la habitación, incluso proveen con más rollo de papel higiénico en caso de requerir. El hotel y sus lugares aledaños son muy tranquilos y seguros. Igual uno debe ser precavido para evitar cualquier situación. La dueña del hotel responde casi inmediatamente si se presenta una novedad."
