"Really clean hotel with an amazing pool and a great location located about 200 yd from the actual ocean next to a cruise ship excursion location and amazing bar that is pretty much basically next door amazing homes and rental properties, 5 minute walk to about 8 totally amazing restaurant / beach bars, friendly staff I was able to feed a few because of the functional kitchen, it's a little dated but well kept. If staying awhile the monthly rate during the slow season is a absolute deal. You can rent a decent place in Costambar for 400$ - 600$ a month my buddy lives in a brand new modern space he pays 325 per month 1/4 mile outside the gate."
"The extra electric bill I was for warned however I made adjustments to lower my cost I thought, by opening windows and shutting off AC when I left 80% of the time the last 2 1/2 weeks of my one month stay would substantially lower my electric usage but I got a bill for 50$ and during that time the back up Generator seemed to have been in use 1/3 that time it was during the storm we had recently on the Island. Just be careful and understand the explanation of the electric usage and potential extra charge."
