"The apartment is situated on ground floor and does not seem to be adjacent to any other apartments (there is an entrance hall to the inner building courtyard on one side, not sure for the other, front/back looks on the inner courtyard and the street). It was very quiet, we could sleep out. The three bedrooms are well separated and allow a lot of privacy. There are good options to get a snack or buy something to drink in the vicinity. The apartment is a 15-min walking distance to the nearest metro station and walking distance to the popular night clubs in the area. The communication with the host was excellent."
