"The location was quite convenient. By car, it is not very far from the ski resorts in the area. The nearby restaurant in Pansion Herman is far more interesting and offers an à la carte menu. Breakfast wasn’t bad; however, the guy staring at you while you’re choosing your food makes you feel like you’re taking too many eggs or too much salami on your plate…"

"Never take the room next to the stairs if you want to sleep. You can hear every word and every step of the people constantly walking up and down. The room, and especially the bathroom, needs renovation and improved hygiene."

"The rooms are spacious and clean, also very warm during winter season. Large breakfast selection. Good spa facility. Special storage room for ski equipment with boots drying devices. The hotel is in a very good shape."

"Unfortunately, the restaurant was working in the evenings just as a bar. No possibility to order some food for a dinner. However, there is a very good quality restaurant 200 meters away with delivious Czech cusine. The location is a bit far away from ski resorts (around 25-30 min drive to Spindleruv Mlyn), but the hotel's price/quality ratio compensates the distance to drive every day."

"Hotel location was perfect, food, homemade and delicious. Reception on arrival was professional, welcoming and exactly what we expected of a hotel in Rudník"

"Reception switch halfway through our trip - didn't once great us when working on reception and would never respond to our greetings. On her first evening working we missed dinner the night before and without saying even hello, rudely leactured us for not arriving in the middle of a busy tereace. Every interaction after this was like dealing with a high school Child, this was not the 40th birthday relaxing holiday I had planned for my girlfriend. PLEASE do your customers, staff and business a favor and remove her."

"The room was reasonable but there was no double bed. We got single beds, even though the hotel seemed to be empty at the reception they claimed that they didn't have a room with a double bed. They did not speak English, it was very difficult to communicate and in the evening the hotel was locked (at 21:00), we were not informed that everything was being locked and we could not go out. Breakfast was just fine."

"Super Unterkunft! Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind für diesen Preis wirklich gut. Für meinen Geschmack waren nur die Betten zu hart und es war sehr hellhörig, sodass man morgens von den Geräuschen auf den Fluren geweckt wurde. Es gibt einen beheizten Raum für die Ski-Ausrüstung und man ist mit dem Auto innerhalb von max. 20 Minuten an den Pisten. Frühstück, Pool und Sauna waren auch super."

"Snídaně formou bufetu, klasika párky vajíčka, pečivo, pouchoutkový salát k snídani s čerstvým rohlíkem... krása. Dostatek zeleniny a ovocem. Vhodné i pro děti jako sladká snídaně. Postele a povlečení velmi příjemné. Recepce a personál restaurace velmi ochotný."
