"The villa was very comfortable, clean and well equipped. It was close to amenities but far enough away if you don't want all the noise of the club area. The beautiful Sandy bay beach was a ten minute walk across the road."

"- the place is good - the house looks nice at the first sight - check in-check out is convenient"

"- black mold in the bathroom. That’s not only looking bad, it’s dangerous! - pillows in bedroom are old or bad quality, so there are balls of filler inside - bedding is made of synthetic fabric - some other things (toilet for example) require renovation."

"Excellent location and host! Middle of nissi avenue but not having all the noise from surroundings. Super market 30secs away. Facilities are most convenient, and property is clean. Can take a family of four or 2 couples easily."

"We were fortunate to stay in this beautiful villa for our family holiday. Location of the house is great, close to everything but secluded from bussy night life of Ayia Napa. Everything was exceptional, house amenities, wifi, cleanliness, very comfortable beds. Many thanks to our host Pavlos! Definitely would come back to stay here again!"

"We liked everything! The vila is amaizing, spacious, modern, clean and has all facilities that you need to fully enjoy! It looks much better then on the photos and it exceeded our expectations. Host is also very nice and cooperative. We enjoyed the terace area too. For sure we will be back :)"

"Locatia curata, arata ca in poze, situata la strada principala la intrarea in statiune. Loc de parcare, supermarket si restaurante foarte aproape."

"7 nights at the end of January. We really enjoyed it. The hostess is wonderful, answered all questions immediately. Wonderful house. There is absolutely everything you need and even more. Heating: 2 very powerful electric heaters and air conditioning. It was +6 outside at night, and one heater was enough for us. The house has absolutely everything. There is a wonderful tavern within walking distance. Very tasty, beautiful, and inexpensive. I give it 100 out of 10. This is our 6th or 7th trip to Cyprus. I recommend it wholeheartedly."

"What we liked the most was the spacious layout of the villa and the comfort it provided for a large group. The four bedrooms and four bathrooms made our stay very convenient, and the en-suite bathrooms in two of the rooms were especially appreciated. We also really enjoyed the terrace area and the private pool space, which created a lovely atmosphere for relaxing together. The air conditioning in every room ensured a comfortable temperature throughout the stay. Another big advantage was the location — about 600 meters from the promenade and the sea, with a delicious restaurant nearby. Overall, the villa offered a great space for spending quality time together."

"The accommodation exceeded our expectations. The hosts were nice and always resolved everything quickly. The villa was very clean and well-mantained. It was excelent choice for our family with 2 small children - the garden was great with kid's garden house and slide. We were there for month in November and had excellent weather, so we didn't use the pool as much, but it was clean and the heating was great. Villa is 5 minutes from beach."
