"We spent a wonderful New Year’s week in this charming little beachside house. The house is small but very cozy, with two lovely terraces, a bedroom, and a living/ sleeping area with a fully equipped kitchen — truly, it has everything you need to feel comfortable. We loved the peaceful location, just across the street from the beach, the comfortable terrace with a barbecue, dining area, and a hammock that our son absolutely liked, and the beautiful garden full of greenery, rosemary, aloe, and lemon trees. Our host, Militsa, was attentive, warm, and welcoming, making us feel like guests, not just renters. The nearby town of Kiti is full of charm, beautifully decorated for Christmas, with plenty of shops for everything you might need. Thank you so much, Militsa! We truly felt at home and hope to come back again soon. It was an unforgettable stay!"

"The studio flat is not new, but in decent condition, value for money is very good. It has all the essentials, easy self check-in & check-out. The outside area & the pool are very good, the pool is huge, lots of loungers (shaded areas), small gym, book library, sauna. Peyia Village is beautiful, the location is very safe, quiet & peaceful. Easy to get around on foot or by bus to Coral Bay. Accessible by bus from Paphos as well. Nearest bus stop 10 min walk."
