"This hotel is truly impressive. It looks just like the pictures—spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained. The amenities cover everything you might need, from fitness classes and a relaxing spa to a well-equipped gym and a salon for hair and nail treatments. There’s also a convenient shop inside, stocked with clothing, snacks, and drinks. To top it all off, it boasts stunning views of Makkronis Beach, making it the perfect place to unwind and soak in the beauty of the surroundings. A special mention goes to Anca, the guest relations manager, who made our stay exceptional. She checked in on us throughout, ensuring everything was perfect, and shared plenty of helpful tips that truly enhanced our experience. Her attentiveness and dedication made all the difference."

"One small thing to note: while the rooms come with an ironing board, an iron isn’t provided by default. It can be rented for a refundable deposit of 20 euros in cash, and this was quickly resolved when I was provided one to use in my room. Also, the hotel is located 1.5 miles away from town, so you’ll need a taxi or a car to get around. It's not a major issue, but it's worth keeping in mind."

"The location is great. Next to the beautiful beach. Great pool area for children. Don’t do all inclusive, there are great taverns in the area and their a la carte restaurant ist also amazing."

"The breakfast buffet was the same every day and not a very good variety. Very tailored to what the english love: beans, soggy bacon, cheap „eggs“ and random sausages. The croissants are good."

"Amazing location on a fantastic beach! We got the upgrade of the room for free upon arrival. Excellent variety of food with thematic nights every evening. Kids' animation was fantastic."

"Rooms are small. If you are a family of four, you can barely walk between the beds.Also, every evening, we had to wait for at least 15 minutes to get into a restaurant for dinner. There was always a huge line."

"noisy guests, they have no respect for others. shouting down the hall early morning and late at night and slamming doors. The hotel needs to make it clear to guests to be more quiet. signs ect and reminders when they check in. Hotel perfect but most guests were unpleasant and rude. I know this isn't the hotels fault but just be aware that they don't make your stay inviting. Just certain groups (6am towels on beds!) also no tea or coffee facilities. This was really missed. Beds on beach (part of the hotel) £70 euro for the day!! Extortionate extra price"
