"I’ve stayed in Dili many times and these apartments are the best value for money. The internet is higher speed than any other place I have found in Dili. The rooms were very clean and well done. All the amenities are new and work perfectly. The location is also good. Right on the water with views of Christo rei."

"Stunning setting, dynamic staff, interesting fusion of accommodation and working plant nursery. Bathroom feels like you are in the middle of the Amazon. Very refreshing."
Locating the Da Terra at night is not straightforward. It is surrounded by several houses and some distance off the road.

"Safe, great location to get a taste of the real Dili. Staff always there if you need anything. Private lockable room with AC."
It is a share house set up.

"Rooms are amazing with huge King-sized bed. Great restaurant, close to Cristo Rei and opposite the beach."
It’s far from Dili but the hotel organised an airport transport for $20.

"The staff here are great, and can give you all kinds of valuable information on what to see and do in Dili. The location is good and all taxi drivers know it if you ask to be taken to the Castaways Bar. There is a great restaurant upstairs, and a really good Italian one next door. Rooms are clean, although basic."
The wifi cut out on me a few times, but it always came back on in a minute or two.
