"All the staff at the reception desk were very helpful when I was checking in. Luckily my room was upgraded to the suite room (partly because of my IHG membership). The cleaning staff was friendly in the hallway."

"Beautiful hotel! Excellent service. Our room was comfortable, well appointed and we couldn't have asked for more. The complementary mini-bar was a bonus. Comfortable bed and linens, beautiful towels and gorgeous view from both the living area and the bathroom. Excellent breakfast with amazing view of the city from the restaurant."
A small pet peeve is no iron and ironing board in the room although the hotel was very happy to accommodate when asked for one.

"Janice 夫婦对客人非常友善, 还願意开車送我出去, 在他們那裡如同返到自己家的感覺一样 舒服，下次还会選擇住在那裡"
房間雖然有点细, 因香港地方细沒辦法, 如能將水盆上的鏡柜拿走, 洗面时就方便很多, 也不至於把地都弄濕

"The room was very clean. Whenever I came back from outside, I found the room very clean and the staff was very understanding. Everything I needed was made available to me. would love to stay here every time. Thank you very much Mr Sonu."
The WiFi was very good on both the 2 phone and laptop. I liked it very much. Perfect location
