Sobe imaju tapacirani nameštaj za sedenje, uzglavlja od kože i sef. Moderna i prostrana kupatila opremljena su bade-mantilima, besplatnim toaletnim priborom i tušem. Osoblje turističkog deska pruža usluge iznajmljivanja automobila i prodaje karata, a može da organizuje i jednodnevne izlete. Recepcija se nalazi na 12. spratu. "The hotel is nice, breakfast is cheap and quite good. Location is amazing, close to all spots tourists will want to see. They keep the bedroom clean no matter the time you ask for the service."
"The gallery is under renovation, so you can't really make use of it. There's some noise due to the works as well. The bedroom was non-smoking but smelled of tobacco for the first day."

"Excellent hotel service and room. The location of Jing'an Temple area is prime, prime, prime. Although we need to pay one breakfast (only one is included in our room with two persons), the all-you-can-eat breakfast is worthy of the price (￥98/person). Front desk was so responsive of our room service requests, and they spoke decent English. Highly recommended this one for any foreign visitors to stay in Shanghai."
