"Heaven on earth. Peaceful quiet location. Extremely helpful & courteous staff . Benjamin at front office is a Gem of a person . Rarely you come across persons like him . The icing on the cake is THE VIEW from the Room . Uninterrupted lake view of Brienz . The Rooms are also top class , huge bathrooms . Breakfast is awesome ."

"This hotel overlooking the lake is in a brilliant location. On-site parking, a 40-minute flat walk into town, or free guest bus travel, which we did not need to use. Food excellent. We really enjoyed our stay here and would come back again."
