"Relativ grosse, helle Zimmer mit integrierter Küche und Kühlschrank. WLAN funktioniert einwandfrei. Gute Residenz für Kurzaufenthalte in nicht allzu weiter Distanz zum Bahnhof."

"Good location, 5-7 minutes walk from Weissbad station. There is no grocery shop in this small village so better to buy food before you come. Staffs are all friendly and kind and breakfast is wonderful, because a bakery shop is inside the hotel and you can buy sweets in the evening, too. The room is simple but practical and cleaned every day. Shower looks new and hot water comes anytime. They kept my rucksack after check out. I enjoyed my stay and would like to stay again, thank you! From 3 overnights in this hotel you can get Appenzell holiday card, which includes all public transport, 3 mountain cable cars, entry of many museums and sports facility etc… very generous offer!"

"The location was excellent.. very closed to the train station and the view of Lake Brienz was simply breathtaking. We enjoyed the walks around the lake. Closed to other amenities as well. The restaurant has a great indoor and outdoor terrace overlooking the town and the lake, and the location itself on the hill is peaceful and conveniently located close to the Madonna del Sasso Sanctuary and the cable car to take you downtown in case you don’t want to walk."
