"Quiet and comfortable and excellent location for train station and exploring Geneva. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. We spent one night when we arrived in Switzerland, then went off to Gstaad for a week and then stayed again at Kipling before catching train next day for early flight. Both women on reception made checking in, out and reserving the room for the second stay seamless and pleasant."

Breakfast was very good with excellent coffee. Good tea and coffee facilities in room with small fridge too."
"I would have liked some slippers in the room. Its the first hotel in a long time that hasn't provided slippers. I didnt ask for some, maybe if I had they may have provided."
