"We had an amazing experience staying at this hotel. We were welcome by a very charming lady who made us feel so home in Switzerland. The room was very spacious, light, clean and equipped with everything we need. Sadly we did not have enough time to use their spa zone but I believe it would be nice as well. The hotel has a great location: 10 mins from the bus station and 5 mins walking distance from the main landmarks of the city. When we checked out we needed to leave our bags in the hotel and the girl on the reception was extremely helpful and allowed us to leave it there. Her name was Icetea and I would really want to say a huge THANK YOU to the whole staff of the hotel. I can totally recommend staying there if you are in Lucern."

"Superb location. We popped in and out of the hotel all day on our walks around. Room had everything we needed including a kettle with tea. Lovely comfy bed, pillows and soft towels in the bathroom. Didn't get chance to use the sauna etc so will have to go back. Lounge area in reception was very comfy where quality coffee or tea was available free of charge. Staff were super friendly and welcoming with wealth of knowledge a d spoke English Fluently."

"Objekat je u potpunosti ispunio nasa očekivanja a zahvaljujući ljubaznosti osoblja mogu reci cak i premašio ista. Vrlo je praktičan pristup banjskom delu kroz tunel (naročito zimi). Sobe su komforne i sredjene sa ukusom. Bogat doručak, vrhunski proizvodi, odlična kafa. Naglasila bih jos jednom da najveću vrednost ovog hotela cine zaposleni i njihova susretljivost i ljubaznost. P.S. čokoladna potkovica za Novu Godinu nas je vrlo obradovala i jako je lep znak pažnje. Hvala na svemu i definitivno preporuka, u nadi da se vidimo ponovo."
