"everything,ready to go back,pool was important to us. owner is very helpful with info on area. the beach is great,it felt like our own, very clean and safe, we didnt lock the doors at night, Belize was a treat."

"Wonderful location with a spacious patio offering ocean view. The condo is roomy, beautifully furnished, and impeccably clean. The landscaping is meticulously maintained, adding to the charm. We loved having easy access to both the ocean and the pool, as well as being just a 5-minute walk from excellent restaurants like Dolce Vita, Turtle, and Mariposa. The property is conveniently located—only a 5-minute golf cart ride to Placencia and 15 minutes to Maya Beach. The serene atmosphere was a delight, providing a peaceful retreat away from the crowds. The WiFi and air conditioning worked well making our stay comfortable. This is definitely a destination we’d return to!"

"It's in a great new build location called Mahogany Bay. Everything is close by golf cart and it felt safe and secure. This house was clean, modern and comfortable. The real honorable mention is the service of the property manager though! They made recommendations for activities, and even facilitated the delivery and pickup of a rental golf cart. They definitely went the extra mile!"

"Our plans changed last minute and we decided to spend the night in Caye Caulker instead. The owner of the property was extremely professional and understanding, he drove us to the ferry and helped us as much as possible. The property is just like in the pictures, nice swimming pool, comfortable. Definitely would recommend!"
