"Cute spot away from the busyness and noise of San Pedro. Lovely rooms with AC. Bed was comfortable. You can see the ocean from the property and enjoy an ocean breeze. All the staff and owner were very helpful and friendly. Great coffee! Near lots of restaurants and the Truck Stop."

"We could have used a heavier blanket on the bed and softer/thinner pillows. In three nights our room was never changed/cleaned. We were able to get more towels upon asking though. Breakfast was okay. Could use some condiments for the toast or toast the bread longer so it’s not as dry."

"The cabanas and the property are super cute, and the beds quite comfortable. The shower was excellent, as was the AC. The pool is small but lovely and refreshing and the two lunge chairs available were really nice. The location is perfect - on a quiet side street with a sliver of the sea visible and easy walking distance to some great bars and restaurants. Would happily stay here again."

"The cabanas all face a deck which is where breakfast and lunch is served - not just for hotel guests but also for the public which felt a little awkward sometimes but was manageable. The breakfast arrangement was a little stingy, but the food was delicious."

"The setting of the cabanas and the restaurant is spectacular! It feels very remote, like you are in the middle of nature. The property overlooks the river which has a very pretty turquoise color. It was very relaxing. The owner's brother helped us go for a kayak on the river - very friendly and helpful. We were able to swim from the deck, it was a great experience. The rope swing you see in the photos isn't there anymore. There is a current, but we didn't find it very strong (be careful - it might change depending on the time of the year?) The nearby town is a short walk away - try the French bakery (best to go in the morning when the selection is big). The excursion tour companies picked us up at the cabanas, even though it is out of town. It was a short drive to the temple, and about an hour drive to the cave tubing. The property is well maintained and the staff were very friendly."

"Sam ensured that he contacted us by text so we would reach the property without difficulties. The last leg to Sattva Land could do with a bit of work as it was a bit tricky. Glad that it did not rain as this would have been a bit challenging being in the rainforest. I would not hesitate to visit again with my family as the surroundings was tranquil, beautiful, clean, and the rooms were fabulous. Sam was lovely and easy to talk to and he did his best to make our stay a wonderful experience."

"We enjoyed a relaxing stay here. There is a shop, and several restaurants within walking distance. The kitchen had all we needed to make breakfast and lunch. We enjoyed snorkeling from the beach and drove to Cockscomb Basin which is well worth a visit."
