"Can the management give their staff name tags, put pool towels, ash trays by the pool, also try to cover the two man-holes by the bar it disturbs guest experience. In addition to that improve the menu, have two separate menus lunch and dinner also include a bar snack menu."

"We had requested 1 double room and 1 twin room both on the first floor and next to each other, this request was submitted more than a month before our check in however upon arrival we were informed the only rooms available were 2 double rooms on the ground floor, the twin room had not been prepared even though we had been informed that our request would be accomodated. After some negotiations eventually one of the double rooms was converted into a twin room and we had to wait about 30mins for this to be done, which was a great inconvenience as we had driven from Gaborone and were really tired."

"After requesting, we got upgraded to the executive suite with a proper kitchen. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen equipped with the basics: pots, crockery and cutlery. The reception staff helped arrange a transfer to Vic Falls for a day trip. The staff at the restaurant, a male worker and the one chef making the eggs, were very kind, friendly and helpful. The breakfast food was lovely and there was some variety each day. The pool was clean and well maintained."

"Both the double room and executive suite seemed clean at first glance, but there were spiders and webs on the ceilings of both rooms. There were stains on the pillow in the executive suite. You need to request what extra things you need for the kitchen, such as knives, cutting boards and dish cloths. I wish it had a microwave for convenience."
