"I loved the cozy boat house vibe and the thoughtful staff—they even gifted a local boat tour, which made the stay fun. The location was quiet yet easy to get around, and the space was clean and comfortable."

There’s barely anything to fault, but the spot is a bit far from busy areas. It wasn’t a real issue for us, though, since we wanted a peaceful stay.

"Beautiful Location with amazing views of the mountains... away from the maddening crowd and sounds which other boat houses have and hospitality by the friendly and knowledgeable host tariq.we also experienced BBQ in a shikara at the door step. Will definitely come back again here."

Bathroom is needing little repair works.

The Swan House is cozy and charming, and since it’s only reachable by boat, it was an extra adventure for our child. Waking up to the sounds of the lake—fish jumping, raindrops (we had a few during our stay), the wind in the reeds, and birdsong—was simply magical. The owner is a wonderful lady, full of energy and creative ideas. Her warm hospitality and the super tasty pancakes she made for breakfast made our stay even more memorable."

The Swan House does not have a shower or sink, but with the lake all around, it wasn’t really a problem for us.

"Clean, well looking hotel. Hot water, good rooms, beds and overall. Staff is always present, helpful and very hospitable! Location itself is good, especially if you need to reach the airport and the transport stations."

The only disadvantage is the big telecommunication tower just to the side of the hotel. I personally prefer not to be microwaved.

When boss or manager comes in to restaurant without greeting customers and starts to discuss working problems with the staff infront of customers. He should come 30minutes before opening time and let the discussion go without customers.
