"Meni je važno da je vrlo čisto, a čistoća je bila na visokom nivou, kako u sobi tako i u hodnicima, restoranu. Klima je radila pa nije bilo vruće. Osoblje je veoma ljubazno. Lokacija je takva da bolja ne može biti, strogi centar. Oduševila me je kapica za tuširanje, nisam morala da pokvarim frizuru prilikom tuširanja 🙂"
"Smetala je buka sa ulice i pored zatvorenih prozora (na ulici je kaldrma). Hotel nema svoj parking. Morali smo da platimo gradski parking za celo vreme boravka što je ispalo poprilično. Takođe, kada smo sišli na doručak, mnogih jela više nije bilo, tanjiri su bili prazni (doručak je od 7 do 10h, a mi smo sišli u pola 9, dakle ne pred kraj služenja doručka)."

"The house was a renovated original old Bulgarian house with nice folkloric decoration and amenities. The lady who received us was very warm and responsive, she even bought special bread for my husband who has diabetes. Thank you, Minka! The room was quiet, very basic but with all necessary equipment. The bed was comfortable."
